Bilal’s impressive striking arsenal was once again on full display, as well as some new tools as Bilal showed off some wrestling ability as well en route to a 2nd round TKO victory! Congratulations Bilal!

Bilal and Joessie Victorious at Fight Quest!

Two members of our amateur team finally got a chance to step into the cage and share their talents! On May 15th, C3 amateurs Joessie Gonzales and Bilal Hasan made their amateur MMA debuts and both fighters brought home unanimous decision victories! Bilal displayed beautiful striking and takedown defense, and Joessie’s effectively used her jab and low kicks in combination with her wrestling to bring home the win. Congratulations you two!

Updated Lost and Found Protocol

We’re loving seeing all of our students making their way back into the gym, as well as all of the new faces stopping in to see what we’re all about; the positive energy has filled the air!

With more and more students/bodies making their way in, we’re experiencing a growing number of items being found after classes. So here is our new, updated Lost and Found protocol.

-All items found after closing will be placed in the black&yellow bin located in the mens locker room. All items found will be kept in the bin until Saturday; on Saturday the bin will be emptied and items discarded.

-If a lost item is deemed unsanitary to keep (example: a workout shirt/shorts drenched in sweat, extremely smelly training gear like gloves/shin pads) C3 coaches and staff are free to use their discretion to immediately discard said item to the trash.

We love seeing all of you again, but please make sure you’re doing your part to help keep the gym clean!
