Please observe the following changes/guidelines:

-No spectators; we ask that students please leave their kids and family members home. Killer Bee parents can walk their kids to the building then pick them up after class.

-Please read and sign an updated waiver of liability before training.

-All students must sign in at the membership kiosk located at the front desk.

-All students will wear masks into the building and then have their temperature checked before joining class. If your temperature is elevated, you will be asked to leave.

-Use of the sauna is suspended until further notice unless you are a member of the fight team with a fight coming up. The weight room is also closed except for use by the fight team.

-No loitering after class! If you aren't staying for a second class we ask you to please exit as quickly as possible to help keep building occupancy down. If you are staying, we ask that students remove themselves from the mats for 15 minutes so that the staff are able to clean and sanitize for the next class.

-We ask that students provide their own sanitizing wipes if possible.

-All students must sanitize their hands before entering the building, AND their feet before stepping onto the mats to train.

-If taking multiple classes, you must change into a fresh, dry set of clothes.

-Students in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class must wear a shirt or rash guard under their gi top.

-Do your part! Be sure to wipe down any gear that you use during classes (focus mitts, thai pads, dumbbells, etc). Every little bit helps!

-All gear and belongings must be taken home after training. Any gear or clothing that is left behind will be discarded.

We will resume our normal tuition payment schedule on the 29th. We ask that any student who wishes to close out their membership with us to contact Coach Jake as soon as possible (either via email at jfurneyc3@gmail.com or by phone at 425-299-6221).
